New Wilbraham DPW Garage

New Garage for Wilbraham Department of Public Works

UMASS Transportation Center – Aviation Research & Training

New training center for UMASS at Westover.

Ludlow Senior Center

Construction of a new 18,500 SF Senior Center building for the Town of Ludlow.

New Hadley Senior Center

Construction of a new 10,350 sf., wood-frame, Senior Center building for the Town of Hadley

Textbook Annex

The work included renovations to a portion of the 3rd Floor of the UMass Amherst Physical Plant Building; conversion of former Textbook Annex and Mailroom space into new offices for IT Department.

Furcolo Roof

The project consisted of replacing the existing roofing on the Furcolo building with other misc. improvements.

Chenoweth 4th Floor South Renovations

The work included interior renovations to existing office and laboratory space in the Chenoweth Food Science Building.

Physical Plant Roof

The work included a roof replacement for the UMASS Amherst Physical Plant.

John Zon Community Center

New 9,960 SF single story wood-framed community center building for the City of Greenfield. It includes a large gallery, two classrooms, a group fitness room, a small administrative suite and a kitchen.
