The work included construction of a new pre-engineered metal building with accompanying site work. The finished space includes a 360 degree Air Traffic Control Simulator to provide aeronautical research, development and training. In addition to simulation spaces, the fit out includes administrative offices, conference space, future classrooms and shared spaces such as a shared entrance lobby, open office and kitchenette.
