37,000 square foot building addition and improvements project housing a Gymnasium, Locker Rooms, Library and Classrooms. The project also included an ADA accessible Lobby addition, a new Exterior Canopy and Corridor and Firewall renovations. Work performed with minimal impact to students and staff from noise, vibration or odor.
Project was difficult to execute due to maintaining full use of the existing building, experiencing very intense winter conditions, and working with a non-profit that self performed some scopes of work with volunteers. Forish did a good job of working through these issues.
