The construction of a new 15,500 square foot Department of Public Works facility for the Town of Deerfield on the grounds of an old pickle factory in South Deerfield.
This was the third renovation project for Forish Construction in the last two years at one of the world's tallest libraries. The work included interior renovations of the 12th & 13th floors.
Forish Construction was contracted for the demolition of the old building and the construction of new PVTA Transit Center at UMass. This new 16,000-square-foot University Transit Center includes a spacious vehicle garage and state-of-the-art operations center for the Regional Traveler Information Center.
