The construction of a new department of public works facility for the town of Deerfield on the grounds of an old pickle factory in South Deerfield. The main building is a 15,500 square foot facility housing office space, employee facilities, vehicle storage and maintenance areas. Additional work included storm water facilities, an access road, sand and salt shed, fuel depot, emergency power generator and exterior covered storage.
