Additions and renovation for the new Honda Generation III image program, the first of its kind in Western Ma.

Scope of work includes:

• Handicap upgrades including new enclosed accessibility ramp and new ADA compliant restrooms
• Selective interior renovations and finish upgrades including construction of student gathering area
• Installation of free standing greenhouse and adjacent solar slab
• Electrical upgrades including  Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting
• Replacement of HVAC system including new roof top unit

The project involves constructing a new 4,371 SF service bay addition and completing phased interior renovations throughout the existing building.  The parking lot will be expanded and a new drainage system will be installed. 

All of the work will be completed while the dealership remains open for business.
