This state of the art Toyota dealership is one of many projects completed for the Lia Auto Group. The building features many "green technologies".   In addition the site was remediated from previous soils contamination.

When the children's museum outgrew their location on Elm Street, Forish Construction built them their new facility at Amelia Park.   Now there is plenty of room for all their exhibits and activities in a bright spacious building.

Forish Construction helped Village Plaza with their most recent expansion.  This is our 3rd project for this developer.

Forish Construction was selected by this industial distributor as their designer and builder for their showroom and warehouse expansion.  The project doubled the size of their facility and included complete reconstruction of the existing offices, showroom, warehouse, as well as major structural changes. 

The project was completed while the facility continued to operate without losing a day of sales thanks to the Forish team. 

The schedule, building materials, and the budget were very important issues to the developer of this facility.  Forish Construction was the designer and builder for this project.  This was not the first building that Forish Construction built for this client.

When Fly By Night Furniture needed a larger retail space with less columns while matching the character and elements of the 1800's neighborhood, they called Forish Construction to make it happen. 

Forish Construction demolished the three existing buildings while taking into consideration the location to property lines, public sidewalks, and high traffic public roads.

Forish Construction added on to the existing building to accommodate the Paisano's restuarant and additional commercial lease space, including a Dunkin Donuts. 

This 80,000 SF prototype distribution facility was completed 45 days ahead of schedule including 11 acres of site improvements.  This is the second project that Forish Construction has completed for the developer who is from Alabama. 

This family delicatessen business decided to relocate to a new facility, a facility that would provide new space for the Romito's as well as rental space for other tenants.  The outcome was another beautiful facility by Forish Construction completed on time and on budget. 

Forish Construction provided complete general contracting services from foundation to finish interior work, including bank specialty fixtures.

It should be noted that construction started in December and was completed for an April 1st occupancy.
