Forish Construction constructed Dudley's one-level library building that will grow with their community.  The design incorporates many green features.  Once the job is done, Forish Construction will submit the necessary documentation for this project to be National Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified.

When it came to the construction, Forish Construction was responsible in keeping this project LEED Certified from the demolition and removal  to the finished building.    Forish Construction's credits towards the LEED Certification are:

• Construction Indoor Air Quality Management

• Low-Emitting Materials (All materials used on the job include adhesives, sealants, paints and carpeting below the VOC limits allowed by LEED)
